Today was our church’s Children’s Christmas Pageant and once again the girls were angels. St. Timothy’s Church was filled with family and friends, and with two days before Christmas, it was a wonderful way to celebrate and recognize the Nativity of Christ’s birth.
The theme this year was “giving” and 76 children, ages 4 through 11, truly gave it their all. There were angels with sparkly wings, donkeys, sheep and other barn animals, shepherds and three wise men, and of course Mary and Joseph. There were children who sang in the choir and narrators who told the story of Jesus birth.
