All Levels Rowing Camps: High School & Middle School

Right in Avon!

High School Summer Rowing Clinics - Starting Weeks June 23 & July 7:
Junior level athletes who are looking for technical feedback and training from high level coaches. The clinic is designed to share what it is like in the life of a collegiate rower. Athletes will train 5-6 sessions a day by spending two to three sessions on the water at Camp Shalom (Windsor, CT) along with two to three erg sessions at Power 10 Indoor Rowing Center in Avon, CT.
*Includes 2 months free unlimited access membership to Power 10 to support your training goals.

High School Sunrise Rowing Club- July 7 – 11 / 6:00 – 8:30am:
Limited to just 6 High School rowing athletes for optimal one-on-one coaching on technique and personalized training strategies. On the water rowers will be sculling for more detailed technical feedback.

Middle School Learn the Race 
July 7 – 10 / 5:00-6:00p: Middle School learn to row athletes will learn racing and training strategies. Understand what makes a rower fast, competitive and efficient and what does it take to join a team. This clinic will include some fun racing and indoor regattas, the high tech way.

Middle School Learn-to-Row 
July/August Tuesdays 5:00 – 6:00p:
Seven classes, starting on land and ending on the water! Limited to 8 rowers. The first 6 classes are focused on indoor training using Concept 2 ergometers and technical training on our Concept 2 Swingulator (a crew shell simulator that matches on-water rowing). The 7th class is on the water in either a barge, a 4 or 8 person crew boat. Location TBD.
