It is with great pleasure, enthusiasm and pride that we announce the appointment of Mr.Jeffrey Sousa as the new Assistant Principal at .
Jeff is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Masters of Science and his 6th year degree in Educational Leadership.
Jeff, who is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, began his teaching career in Westport prior to moving to Wallingford where he has taught 1st Grade, 5th Grade, Middle School Math and Science, and Middle School Spanish for the
last 10 years.
During his tenure in Wallingford, Jeff has made a tremendous impact on students, teachers, and parents as a teacher leader. Jeff's passion for teachers and students, and his collaborative leadership style will serve the Sedgwick community and our school district well.
Jeff will begin is appointment as the new Assistant Principal at Sedgwick Middle School on Monday, Dec. 5, 2011.
