Young Jr. Award honorees at the organization’s awards dinner recently held at the Hartford Hilton. This prestigious service award is given to individuals who demonstrate an exceptional commitment to improving the lives of low-income, inner-city youth in Connecticut through Scouting and other opportunities. As both a father and grandfather, Paul Becker has long valued the beliefs and mission of the Boy Scouts of America and helps to spread its inherent message.
