Brighten the Holidays for a Child!!
The Department of Human and Leisure Services will host its annual Children's Holiday Party on Dec. 20.
We are in great need of gift cards ($20 to $30) to give to low-income parents to make their child's holiday brighter. Stores that offer the parent the most variety for their purchases are favorites.
If it is more convenient, checks can be made out to The Town That Cares, with a notation for Holiday Party.
Gift cards can be dropped off in Room 306, at the Front Desk in Town Hall Lobby, or mailed to Human and Leisure Services, 50 South Main St., Room 306, West Hartford, CT 06107. Call Susan Huleatt at 860 561-7578 with any questions.
