On February 22, the University of Saint Joseph formalized its partnership with Otsuma Women’s University in Japan with a ceremonial signing at USJ’s West Hartford campus. The signing symbolized the institutions’ partnership to promote academic and cultural exchanges between the two universities in education, research, and other activities, which is expected to begin this summer.
