There will be a community expo on underage drinking and substance abuse held at the West Hartford Town Hall on Monday, April 23, starting at 6 p.m.
There will be booths from community organizations, student performers, and a panel of experts and students to discuss substance use and abuse in middle and high school students.
Both parents and students are encouraged to attend and learn "What's the Buzz?".
