Farmington Bank Helps Finance Affordable Housing Project in West Hartford

John Patrick Jr., Farmington Bank Chairman, President and CEO, third from left, joins others at the recent groundbreaking of The Goodwin, a $10 million mixed-income apartment facility.  

The Goodwin, located at 189 Newington Road, directly across the street from the Elmwood Stop & Shop Plaza, will consist of 47 one, two and three bedroom rental units, and will be financed by Farmington Bank as well as with assistance from the Department of Housing.
