The West Hartford Land Trust is sponsoring a talk on October 27th from 2pm-3pm at Westmoor Park by Logan Senack, Connecticut's Invasive Plan Coordinator. This presentation will include an introduction to the identification of common invasive plants found in Connecticut, important laws about invasive species, and a brief discussion of control options for these species. A question and answer period will follow the presentation. NOTE: If weather and timing permit, a portion of this workshop may take place outside.
