Celebrate George Washington's Birthday at the Sarah Whitman Homestead
Event in West Hartford will take place on Feb. 15.

The Sarah Whitman Hooker Homestead invites you to a special 18th century Tea to celebrate George Washington’s 282nd birthday.
The Tea will be held at the Homestead on Saturday, Feb. 15 from 12:30 to 2:30 pm. It will follow the format set in the early 1800s with chicken, ham, and lobster or crab sandwiches and clove (George's favorite), chocolate, and ginger walnut cakes, all accompanied by Meredith Blend Tea, a late 18th century blend.

Admission is $15 per adult and $7.50 per child under 13 and includes a tour of the House. Please call 860-523-5887 to make a reservation.
