Golden Thread, Inc. to Nurture Art in West Hartford
The new non-profit is hosting a wine tasting and art auction on May 30.
The art world of West Hartford is expanding!
The Golden Thread, Inc., West Hartford's newest non-profit art group, has announced its opening in a Patch posting!
“Our goal is to inspire artists to create meaningful work that seeks to challenge, and educate the viewer, as well as provide a professional arts gallery where we will exhibit works of professional and emerging artists. The presenting artist is not only a part of an exhibit but acts in collaboration with other artists presenting their unique perspective on a unifying theme," said Golden Thread co- founder and Curator Kate Wilson in the release.
The Golden Thread is located at Holy Family Passionist Retreat Center at 303 Tunxis Road. The organization is hosting a wine tasting and art auction on May 30 from 6 to 9 p.m.
