Planning in Full Swing for Annual Mayor's Charity Ball

Save the date for West Hartford's 14th annual fundraising gala on May 11, 2013.

In West Hartford, the month of May is more than just a launching a pad into summer.

It’s during this month every year that the town rallies together to raise funds for important local non-profit organizations. This year, the ball is set for Saturday, May 11, and as always, festivities will happen under the tent on the Town Hall Green.

Complete information about getting involved with the ball can be found online at www.themayorscharityball.org along with details about program advertisements, ball sponsorships, and ticket registration.

Thus far, Taylor Rental, Max’s Restaurant Group and Mercy Community Health are sponsoring the event, but more are always welcome. The event is always also in need of great auction items, table hosts, and volunteers overall.

This year’s beneficiaries are Playhouse on Park and HopeWorks Inc. These two very worthy non-profit organizations enrich the West Hartford community and its residents in countless ways.
