Sixth Annual 'Claws for a Cause' to be Held in West Hartford

Proceeds from the event will go to 30 charities supported by the Rotary Club of West Hartford.

The sixth annual Claws for a Cause lobster fest fundraiser, presented by the Rotary Club of West Hartford, will be held this Saturday on the grounds of the American School for the Deaf at 139 N. Main St.

The event will run from 5 to 8 p.m. and will feature family friendly entertainment, according to a press release.

Choose a pound-and-a-half lobster or steak dinner, with sides and soft drinks, for $55. A children’s meal of a hotdog or hamburger will be available for $5.

All tickets may be purchased at Sedgwick Cleaners, located at 17 Sedgwick Road in West Hartford, or through local Rotarians. The Accounting Crows and the Insurance City Chorus will perform live at the event.
