VIDEO: Storm's Signature Is Broken Tree Trunks and Piles of Debris

Avon Town Manager Brandon Robertson discusses the impact on the Farmington Valley and other hard-hit towns.

Almost two weeks after the October snowstorm that devastated parts of central Connecticut and left some CL&P customers without power for up to 11 days, piles of debris and chunks of fallen trees lay strewn around many towns. This video, taken on Wednesday, Nov. 9, features footage from Fox Den Road, Harvest Hill Road and Stratton Brook Road in Simsbury; from Stony Corners Circle, Woodhaven Drive and Old Wood Road in Avon, and from Kempton Mews in Farmington.
