West Hartford Animal Control Seeks Owner of Blind Senior Cat
Anyone with information is asked to call WHAC.
West Hartford Animal Control is looking for the owner of a blind, female cat that was found by a resident on Vera Street near Jessamine on Nov. 1.
The cat, which is a grey, orange and white calico, is estimated to be between 10 and 15 years old, according to the WHAC Facebook page.
