West Hartford History: What Building is This?

Test your knowledge of West Hartford history with this photo from the archives of the Noah Webster House & West Hartford Historical Society.

Last week we showed a photo of the home on Vanderbilt Hill that silk manufacturer Ira Dimmock lived in. The elaborate mansion was built but never occupied by Cornelius Vanderbilt. The house was eventually torn down and a cul-de-sac of homes was built, now known as West Hill.

Congratulations to (who else?) Rick Liftig for nailing the answer.

So how about this week, West Hartford historians? Can you identify what building this is?
