West Hartford History: What Building is This?

Test your knowledge of West Hartford history with this photo from the archives of the Noah Webster House & West Hartford Historical Society.

Lisa Petersen, Connie Curcio Reder, Kate Byroade and David Strong got the correct answer in the comment section of the post, while a host of people on Facebook also got the right response.
