West Hartford Public Schools will be closed through Friday in observance of the holiday. West Hartford public libraries will be closed on Thursday. Libraries will be open regular hours on Friday.
West Hartford government offices will be closed Thursday and Friday. Trash collection will be delayed Thursday and Friday in the areas scheduled for those days only.
