COMBINED EXHIBIT BY ANDRE ROCHESTER & CHE’ LA’MORA HARDY AT THE ARTS CENTER OF TOLLAND

(TOLLAND) A Combined Exhibit by Andre Rochester and Che La’Mora Hardy will be presented by Arts of Tolland for the month of June at the Arts Center of Tolland, 22 Tolland Green, Tolland, CT (06084).   

There will be an opening reception of the exhibit on Saturday, June 9, from noon to 2:00 p.m. All are 
welcome. Refreshments will be served. Gallery hours to the exhibit will be Saturday’s June 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30. 
 
Andre' Rochester is an emerging artist from the Hartford Metropolitan area. He studied Illustration at the University of Connecticut, School of Fine Arts. His experience ranges from dry media such as charcoal, color pencil, and pastel to acrylic, oil, and some printmaking. He was a resident artist at Paris in Plantsville Gallery and Studio in Plantsville, CT from March 2010 –March 2011. Andre is also a founding member of the Pro+Cre8 Artist Group, a collective of artists from the Hartford area promoting creativity while uplifting the community. He is also the illustrator of a children’s book, titled “The Sunflower and Rose” written by Dana Rondel. He also has work featured in “Resurrection and Forgiveness: The Nadine Lee Story”, a documentary made by Reggie Bullock, filmmaker and Motivational Speaker. Che’ La’Mora Hardy is an artist from Hartford. Hardy has obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Art/ Illustration and her MBA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Central CT State University.  She is also the Director and Founder of Procreate Artist Group. Procreate is a multi-culturally diverse group of artists, founded in 2009. Procreate art shows are geared towards reaching artists and art enthusiast as well as the community (young, old, and indifferent).
