Harry's Bishops Corner features native tomato basil pizza until early October

Harry’s Bishops Corner pizza restaurant is now offering its annual fresh native tomato and basil pie, a favorite with customers during early fall. Locally grown tomatoes and basil are from Rosedale Farms in Simsbury.

Owner Kevin Plaut said, “We use only the finest ingredients on our pizza and are fortunate to have such excellent produce locally grown. Plus, we are thrilled to be supporting local agriculture.”

Harry’s Bishops Corner will continue to feature the fresh tomato and basil pizza until early October. The signature  pizza is a white pie made with mozzarella cheese, native tomatoes, fresh basil, asiago and pecorino Romano cheese garnish, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
