The West Hartford Exchange Club will be hosting their 6th Annual Wine Tasting Event on Saturday, Feb. 4 from 6:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. at the West Hartford Meeting & Conference Center at the .
Portions of the proceeds from the event will benefit Unified Theater. Since its founding in 2002, Unified Theater has served 3,000 students of all abilities in youth-led performing arts groups. Learn more about Unified Theater at www.unifiedtheater.org.
The Exchange Club is partnering with Wine Cellars 4 to offer select wines from around the world, local micro brews as well as a spirits tasting. Gourmet food will also be provided by the and there will be live music and dancing.
The West Hartford Exchange Club’s mission is to make its community a better place to live through programs of service in Americanism, Community Service, Youth Activities, and its national project, the Prevention of Child Abuse. The club sponsors the and provides annual scholarships to and graduates. The club also donates to a variety of local charities.
“This event sells out every year due to its popularity and it is our most important fundraiser so we look forward to the community supporting us again,” said Bob Herr, President of the Exchange Club.
