announced this week that it is launching a "Wayback, Waybetter" contest in Connecticut to identify a "star" who will be featured in an upoming commercial.
According to a release from the company, the TV commercial contest is seeking "the most enthusiastic, original video of a fan voicing the Jake’s Wayback Burgers slogan, 'Wayback, Waybetter!'"
Auditions will be held at the Jake's Wayback Burgers' West Hartford location, 450 South Main St., on Thursday, Oct. 4, at 11 a.m., and will be filmed by MyTV9 along with personality Tulin Karasay.
Contestants are also invited to particpants by completing an entry form on WTNH.com and submitting an audition video before 9 a.m. Oct. 17.
