West Hartford is a great town. The Elmwood section is blossoming, becoming a great alternative to the Center- and there's free parking!

What do you do?

I am a general and family dentist. You know what dentists do, we poke we clean, we fix up, we help you look your best! I take into account your entire health history and will help you understand how you can maximize your oral health.

What are you most proud of about your business?

I have lifelong relationships with my patients. We have an incredible level of trust in them and it is returned.

What's something people would find surprising about your business or profession?

I am a third generation dentist. i have several patients who have seen all three generations of my family. My dad established his office in Elmwood in 1952 — 62 years later — we're still here!

How are you involved in the community?

I have been very involved in Elmwood's renaissance. Over the past 17 years, I have seen the neighborhood transformed from a borderline, at risk place into a vibrant and trendy one. I am president of the Elmwood Business Association.

Very exclusionary as head of the Elmwood Merchants Association. Close ties to the Town of West Hartford which is sometimes good, but often not helpful to Elmwood businesses.
