Empty storefronts in West Hartford Center are few and far between.

We found one spot right on Farmington Ave. that is looking for a tenant. It's the space formerly occupied by , which moved to LaSalle Rd. last fall.

The space at 1003F Farmington Ave., while not large, is conveniently located right near , , and , even includes on site, free parking.

What kind of business would you like to see here?

Something, anything so that in six months we aren't reading this same story that asks the same question.

Convenience/grocery store. Some where to pick up the basics: milk, bread, a few fruits, veggies, coffee, tea, canned and frozen items, great salad bar. Inventory would be determined depending on shoppers' needs. One has to go to Whole Foods or Stop and Shop. There's nothing of this sort in WH Center.
