This building at the corner of Park Road and Fairlawn Street, a few blocks east of Oakwood Avenue, has been vacant for several years.
It has had numerous occupancies in the past, and we believe was most recently the location of Classic Cakes which moved to New Park Ave.
The building has a small parking lot, accessible from Park Road as well as Fairlawn Street.
