WEST HARTFORD – The West Hartford Chamber of Commerce recently celebrated the grand opening of A Strand A Head Salon , located on 100 Park Road, Unit D, with an official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.
Chamber Ambassadors and Town officials attended the event, including Deputy Mayor Shari Cantor.
