Archdiocese Welcomes Director of the CT Federation of Catholic School Parents

The Archdiocese of Hartford is pleased to welcome Mary Roberts as the new Director of the Connecticut Federation of Catholic School Parents.

Roberts, a West Hartford native, will educate the Catholic school community and parents about the rights of Catholic school students. She will advocate for public services such as: busing, funding for textbooks and school nursing for Catholic school students, and work with lawmakers to ensure that students are protected to the fullest extent of the law.

Roberts attended St. Brigid’s Elementary School in Elmwood and Northwest Catholic High School before leaving for Northeastern University in Boston where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services, and a Master of Social Work Degree from Boston College.
