Hughes Health & Rehabilitation Receives Accreditation from National Organization

Hughes Health and Rehabilitation, Inc. announces it has earned Nursing Care Center Accreditation for its safe, high-quality care, treatment and services from The Joint Commission. 

“Receiving accreditation from the prestigious Joint Commission is a testament to the continual care, dedication and operational improvements we commit to on a daily basis,” said Mark Finkelstein, vice president of Hughes Health & Rehabilitation “We are very grateful for the Commission’s acknowledgement.”

The Joint Commission is an independent, not-for-profit organization that accredits and certifies more than 20,500 health care organizations and programs in the United States.

Joint Commission accreditation and certification is recognized nationwide as a symbol of quality that reflects an organization’s commitment to meeting certain performance standards.  Their mission states: “To continuously improve health care for the public, in collaboration with other stakeholders, by evaluating health care organizations and inspiring them to excel in providing safe and effective care of the highest quality and value.”
