Hughes Health Employees Dress in Pink in Honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Hughes Health & Rehabilitation employees showed their support of October’s National Breast Cancer Awareness Month by dressing in pink recently during a day of work at their West Hartford facility.

Everyone that dressed in pink received a pink bracelet, and to honor their effort Hughes Health made a donation of $5.00 per participating employee to the American Cancer Society.  A total of $700 was raised by Hughes Health employees.

“Our day of pink was both a way for our employees to raise awareness of breast cancer and Hughes Health’s way of honoring their continuing commitment to battle this serious health issue,” said Mark Finkelstein, vice president of Hughes Health & Rehabilitation.  “Our employee participation was great!”
