West Hartford YMCA Now Offering Three Adult Sports Leagues!

The West Hartford YMCA is very excited to announce that we will now be offering three adult sports leagues for individuals ages 21 and up, beginning the week of January 6th at the St. Thomas Seminary!

Do you get tired of doing the same workout over and over again? Try something new! The Y will now be offering an Adult Basketball League, Co-Ed Ultimate (Wall-to-Wall) Football League and a Doubles Badminton League. Sports leagues offer a great cardio workout without the monotony of the treadmill. If you’ve ever played a team sport, you know how rewarding it can be and if you never have, it’s not too late! Adult sports leagues can help former athletes relive their glory days and hopeful athletes get a taste of team spirit. They are a great way to relieve stress, meet new people and have fun with friends. If you’re new in town or just want to meet new people, the new West Hartford YMCA adult sports leagues will be an exciting and out-of-the-box way to expand your social network. Make a team with your friends or sign-up as an individual and we will place you on a team!
