One of the Causes - Diet:

When we eat a large amount of fatty meats (lunch meats, cure meats), chicken skins and of course processed foods- especially with corn oil.

Now most (not all) people will or have eaten these foods daily for decades. These fats are converted to arachidonic acid in our bodies which leads to chronic PAIN.

How Do We Stop It?

Essential Fatty Acids

One change is to restore the proper balance of essential fatty acids (EFA's) in the diet.  Example of a healthy ratio is 4 to 1, but most Americans are eating 20 to 1, of unhealthy fat to good fat.  This causes chronic pain in the joints and from our perspective slows down the healing process.

Steps You Can Take Now!

From our diet, we need to eat more low-calorie, nutrient dense foods; such as, lean non cured meats, salmon, tuna, skinless chicken, veggies (avacodoes), walnuts, chia/ hemp seeds and fruit.
