Is A Structural Shift Limiting Your Crossfit Experience!?

Is A Structural Shift Limiting Your Crossfit Experience!? With each passing year, Crossfit grows by leaps and bounds. More people are checking out the hottest new strength and conditioning program with the goal of improving muscular strength, cardio respiratory endurance, and flexibility!

As a practice that focuses on Structural Correction (SC), our goal is to analyze and correct Structural Shifts. We determine the presence of a structural shift by looking at objective indicators that include (1) moderate to severe neurological discrepancies, and (2) structural irregularities. This is ideal for Cross Fit.

We've had many "Cross Fitters" express gratitude after care to understand that a Structural Shift was the likely underlining cause of numerous secondary conditions (what you may refer to as 'symptoms") such as asymmetrical strength in the right and left arms, reduced mobility, decreased range of motion, excessive muscular tension, and pain. And then of course, is their ability to get through their WOD.

After a through evaluation, the SC doctor will recommend a Structural Shift Correction plan of care that is customized to the individual needs of the patient. The recommend plan is based on objective criteria and protocols, not subjective opinions. The goal is to correct the underlying condition (Structural Shift), and in the case of Cross Fit get folks back to completing their WOD and compete if they choose.
