Is S.D. Limiting Your Crossfit Experience?

Is SD Limiting Your Crossfit Experience?!!

With each passing year, Crossfit grows by leaps and bounds. More people are checking out the hottest new strength and conditioning program with the goal of improving muscular strength, cardio-respiratory endurance, and flexibility.

As a practice that focuses on Structural Correction (SC), our goal is to analyze and correct Structural Displacements (SD). We determine the presence of an SC by looking for objective indicators that include: (1) moderate to severe neurological discrepancies, and (2) structural irregularities.

We’ve had many “Crossfitters" express their gratitude after coming to an understanding that a Structural Displacement was likely the underlying cause of numerous secondary conditions (what you may refer to as “symptoms”) such as asymmetrical strength in the right and left arms, reduced mobility, decreased range of motion, excessive muscular tension, and pain.

And then - of course, is their inability to get through their WOD.!

After a thorough evaluation, the SC doctor will recommend a Structural Correction plan of care that is customized to the individual needs of the patient. The recommended plan is based on objective criteria and protocols, not subjective opinion.

The goal is to correct the underlying condition (SD), and in the case of CrossFit - get folks back to completing their WOD and competing if they so choose.
