Supplements: Useless vs Essential?

Recently there was a study done on multivitamins, basically stated that multivitamins were useless.  The study choose common multivitamins that you would see at drugs stores, big box bulk buying stores, such as (I  have changed the vitamin names so no one gets mad at me) ie. 1 a week, middletrum. 

Here is the flaw in the study, the researchers were claiming that these vitamins represent the ENTIRE nutritional supplement industry is like saying a 1 carat diamond (lousy cut, lousy color)  from a chain mall jeweler is like a V Vs1 (great color, great cut) diamond from the little blue box jeweler (that they made a movie about eating breakfast).

The Omega-3 oil that we sell(there are other brands that are good as well), which as you know, is to the nervous system what breast milk is to a baby, is Tiffany, not Walmart....it is an integral part of your STRUCTURAL HEALTH.

It's integral because your body can not make Omega-3, you must consume it in either supplement or food sources (salmon, sardines, tuna, walnuts, flax,chia) and you will never consume enough through food sources and many food sources are tainted (mercury in fish).

The company that we have chosen for our select supplements is the Morton's steak house of supplements compared to the mass-produced or McDonald's supplements that are commonly taken and found at most drug stores.

Quality really does matter, everyone understands this point to be true.
