A few months ago, I gave a presentation at Whole Foods at Blue Back this was the topic and here are my notes. Now, are there more than 10 foods that enhance health? Of course, there are many more than ten, these however pack a lot of health punch and are convenient for many people to add to their diet.
With that in mind here is the list!
