Why IS A Balanced DIET Horrible?

We trust our government to fix pot holes - well, how did they do with that small task? Please,  don't worry this ISN'T a political post.

Just an observation of recommendations put forth by our government to improve the lives of it's citizens - specifically when it comes to diet.  We've all seen the new plate, for those that haven't here you go.
Just by the portion sizes, we can determine who the  lobbyist where that kicked in a lot of money to be not ONLY included but DOMINATE that plate.

Is the plate good for your health?

Not in my opinion.  Look at the grain portion - nice and big. So, if you are like the average women (lets' assume the average women has more than just a coffee and  Unique J bar for breakfast) and eats three meals per day, there is no way you will maintain a healthy weight. Even if you exercise the daily 1 hour as our government recommends.

In fact eating a balanced diet is FOOLISH.

You see the government and their  experts along with food lobbyists want you to believe in the THEORY of Calories In = Calories Out.  This is not a conspiracy - it's simple math.  The theory is supposed to work like this; if you eat 2,000 calories per day your body needs a certain amount of calories (fuel) to run the show(you) the excess, lets say 200 calories then will be converted to fat (storage).

So to maintain healthy weight eat a balanced diet and exercise.

But and it's a big but... What many health care providers skip over is just how hard it is for your body to release fuel from FAT.

Your body clings to your fat like a kid clings to marshmallows, graham crackers and chocolate at a camp fire.  Meaning your body will burn carbohydrates stored in your muscle and liver first, then break down protein (muscles) and AS A LAST resort use your FAT for fuel. That is the reason it is so hard to drop fat.

So, you see eating a "Balanced" diet only makes you fat and neurotic.

You hear the comments all the time; "But I eat healthy, why am I so heavy"? These people are eating what the govt. recommends and they feel FRUSTRATED, because they are eating the whole grains, cutting the added sugar walking and still have high blood pressure, 50 pounds over weight on diabetic medication and forget about the sex drive and self esteem.

UnBalance your diet ( you should consult your family doctor before doing anything or you can call me for a consult (a plug I know) this advise is not meant to treat or cure any disease(for all the lawyers).

Reduce or better yet eliminate wheat as much as you can.  Reduce or eliminate as much as you can milk and soft cheeses. Engage in BOTH aerobic (running, walking, jogging, class of the latest dance aerobics AND resistance training/WEIGHT  TRAINING or boot camps that combine aerobics and weight training are excellent choices).

Walking the dog - does not count, ever (dogs love  the walk).

Your body must switch the fuels it uses to power your body. Think of carbs as low grade fuel and fat as high test. If you could own a ford cobra 426 (my dream sports car), you would not put in the low grade fuel you would put in the HIGH TEST.

But eating healthy is expensive!

Well, are dried black beans expensive or eggs? Can you garden or are you friendly to someone who gardens and is willing to share (as long as you help with the weeding). Can you buy a turkey and cook that bird and all-those-left-overs?   Organic fruits - yes they are expensive.  Get the fruits that have coverings, where you have to peel off the protective coating to get to the fruit - these fruits you can buy non organic (less pesticides).

When you have a few extra dollars try the non GMO foods.  Scientists sometimes get too creative and may cause unseen problems down the road (but that's another topic).
