1. The Bishop's Corner branch of the West Hartford Library is open for business again! Stop by today to see the renovations, which include a centrally located information and circulation desk, new windows and floors.

2. We're back to the traditional format for tonight's final presidential debate at 9 p.m., this one on foreign affairs. Are there any local viewing parties going on? If so, let us know in the comments.

3. Did you know that the University of Saint Joseph has a foreign film festival? Tonight's offering at 7 p.m. is "A Better Life" and it's in English. Dr. Diana P. Valencia, professor of Spanish, will offer remarks.
