People with home generators looked pretty smart during the recent power outages that lasted up to 12 days in some Connecticut towns.
They were able to run refrigerators, plug in phones and computers, and to stay in their homes while so many others spent hundreds of dollars at hotels and in restaurants.
If you don't have a generator, have you looked into getting one? If so, do you worry that you'll make the investment only to have it sit unused for years to come, or do you think we're in for more lengthy power outages?
