Feb. 20 is considered a holiday in observance of President's Day. State and local government offices are closed but many retail businesses will remain open. - West Hartford Town Hall: Closed
- West Hartford Public Library: Closed
- West Hartford Public Schools: Closed Monday and Tuesday. Reopening on Wednesday, Feb. 22.
- Banks: Closed, except for TD Bank
- U.S. Post Offices: Closed
- State Government Offices: Closed
- State courts: Closed
- DMV and AAA: Closed
- Liquor stores: Permitted to be open
- Supermarkets: Open
- Retail stores: Most open
- Restaurants: Running on their usual Monday schedules.
The Children's Museum, which is usually closed on Mondays, will be open on President's Day. Special skating sessions are also scheduled at Veteran's Memorial Rink.
