Political Experience: currently serving on the West Hartford Town Council
Other Experience:

Why did you run for office? We must work harder on the challenge of delivering our town and school programs and services at higher quality and lower costs. West Hartford must invest in technological and human innovation as a means to increase its efficiency by eliminating redundancies and lowering our expenses.

If elected, what would be your primary areas of focus? As a Councilor my goals are the following:

  1. Provide each of you with the opportunity to save for your retirement, your children’s education or to invest in a new business.

  • Attract more business to West Hartford.

  • Increase the property value of our homes.

  • Enhance the quality and choices in public education.

  • What do you feel is the biggest issue facing West Hartford today? We are living in competitive economic times where job creation must be the highest priority. We must work even harder to deliver our town services efficiently, with as little waste as possible in order to control our costs so that we can prioritize our needs and remain competitive.

What skills do you have that you could bring to the community? During my time serving on the Council, I have learned that we must have Councilors who engage each other and our Town officials in a straight forward - intelligent discussion. We need Councilors who will do the reading and research, necessary to understand the issues especially relating to the revenues and expenses of our town government. I have the experience and judgment to continue to serve your interests and I am qualified for this work.
