As soon as humans reach their 4th decade, certain changes in our body mark decline and some sensory abilities are not what they used to be. This seminar will review normal age-related changes, and how to cope with them with dignity and respect. Participants will also learn what is more than “normal” and when to contact the doctor for medical attention.
