CHILIPALOOZA

CHILIPALOOZA IS REALLY GOING TO SPICE THINGS UP!

Abilities Without Boundaries and Miracle League of CT are joining together to host the Chilipalooza Cook-Off at Winding Trails in Farmington on September 7, 2013.  The event not only draws together chili cooks from around New England, but also supports those with special needs throughout CT.  “Chili Heads”, as they are called, are coming from all over to compete in this event sanctioned by the International Chili Society (ICS).

Have you always wanted to try your hand at perfecting a chili recipe…or think you already have one? Cooks can inquire at (203) 272-5607 and enter in any or all of the three possible categories:  red chili, chili verde (spicy chili), or salsa.  All registered cooks will be required to cook in a category that will be judged by the public, aptly named “People’s Choice”.
