CHOICES - Connecticut's Program for Health Insurance, Outreach Information and Eligibility Screening with the Elmwood Senior Center

FREE.  Certified CHOICES Counselor in the Connecticut CHOICES program, Amina Weiland, will be available to provide the information and assistance necessary for you to understand your rights, receive benefits to which you are entitled and make informed choices about health insurance concerns.  


Appointments available, Fridays, October 11, 18, 25, 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.  Each consultation session is 45 minutes.  To make an appointment, contact the Elmwood Senior Center, 1106 New Britain Avenue, West Hartford, CT, 06110, 860-561-8180.
