Culinary Workshop: Fruits de Mer
Joseph Family Markets will be hosting
a cooking class at the West Hartford store on Tuesday, February 18th at 6:30
PM. Chef Ray will show you how to make delectable appetizers using your
favorite fish and seafood. Menu includes Salmon Salad Crostini, Crab Salad
Wontons, Greek Marinated Shrimp and Seared Tuna with Dill Cream Sauce. The cost is $20 per person, and limited to 10
people. To reserve a spot in the class, please call or stop by the Service Desk
