Culinary Workshop: Poultry Basics

Joseph Family Markets will be hosting
a cooking class at the West Hartford store on Tuesday, January 14th at
6:30 PM. Sick of cooking chicken all the time? We’ll show you how to prepare a
variety of other poultry to keep things interesting at the dinner table! Menu
items include Herb Roasted Cornish Game Hens, Wheat Berry Salad with Figs and
Roasted Red Onion, Seared Duck Breast with Port Reduction and Citrus Spinach
Salad. The cost is $20 per person, and
limited to 10 people. To reserve a spot in the class, please call or stop by
