Culinary Workshop: The Art of Cheese

Joseph Family Markets will be hosting a cooking
class at the West Hartford store on Tuesday, December 10th at 6:30 PM. Elevate
your recipe repertoire this holiday season with a selection of high-quality
artisan cheeses. The menu
includes Spinach and Gruyere Salad with Goat Cheese Tapanade Pastries, Parmesan
Crusted Pork Scaloppine over Cheesy Orzo and Chocolate Goat Cheese Mousse Torte
with Fresh Raspberries. The cost is $20 per person, and limited
to 10 people. To reserve a spot in the class, please call or stop by the
