Hebrew Health Care and Jewish Family Services affiliated with the Alzheimer’s Association Connecticut Chapter, have partnered to offer an Early Stage Memory Loss Support Group. The goal is to provide educational, emotional and social support for those recently diagnosed with memory loss.
