This class will guide you through using proper form in your yoga practice. Proper form is key to avoiding injury, healing existing injuries, and maintaining a healthy yoga practice. This class will allow you to develop your practice while focusing on breathing, form, and relaxation. It will help build strength and flexibility in your body. This class is for any level of yoga practice - even beginners.
Starts Thursday, November 8th, 15th, 29th and December 6th (no class the week of Thanksgiving). Cost is $10 per class. This class may continue beyond December 6th.
