The West Hartford Art League will host author Paul Dorrell, author of Living the Artists Life; A guide to growing, persevering, and suceeding in the art world, Wednesday November 14 for a talk followed by a book signing.
This event is part of a national book tour by Dorrell to promote the updated edition of his book which Artists Magazine called "A frank honest book about making (and not making) it in the art world. Dorrell covers a range of topics from preparing yourself emotionally for a creative life to getting commissions."
The talk is free and open to the public. Books may be purchased for $15 at the event.
