COOKS & BOOKS: Top Chefs Reveal Their Favorite Cookbooks

     Join us for a monthly series, Cooks & Books, where top chefs from around Connecticut come to discuss their favorite cookbook as well as their own restaurants. Each chef's all-time favorite cookbook will be revealed at the beginning of the event.
     The January 14 event features CHRIS PROSPERI, owner of Metro Bis in Simsbury. Chef magazine previously nominated Chris as one of five national finalists for the Chef of the Year award. Chris is often on The Faith Middleton Food Schmooze show on WNPR.The series is held at Noah Webster Library Meeting Room, 20 S. Main Street, West Hartford. Registration is required due to demand - each caller may register a maximum of two people (including the caller).
